Incentives & Utility Rebates

Check back regularly for updated rebates and incentive programs.

At Cascadia Energy Solutions, we help homeowners understand and navigate available utility rebates and incentive programs as part of a thoughtfully designed HVAC project. Incentives can meaningfully reduce the overall cost of improving comfort and energy performance when applied correctly and at the right time.
Because rebate programs vary by utility, system type, and funding availability, our role is to help you identify applicable opportunities and integrate them into your HVAC planning process.

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) Rebates

Cascadia Energy Solutions is a Puget Sound Energy (PSE) Trade Ally. We regularly work with PSE rebate programs and can help homeowners understand eligibility requirements and available incentives for qualifying energy-efficient HVAC upgrades.

Cascade Natural Gas Rebates

For homes served by Cascade Natural Gas, rebates may be available for qualifying natural gas heating equipment and efficiency upgrades.

Energy-Smart HVAC Financing

Cascadia Energy Solutions also works with Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSCCU), which offers Energy-Smart financing options for qualifying HVAC projects.

How Cascadia Helps

While rebates and financing programs are administered by third-party utilities and lenders, Cascadia’s experience helps streamline the process and avoid missed opportunities.

Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credits (IRC §25C)

In addition to local utility rebates, many homeowners may also qualify for federal energy efficiency tax credits under Internal Revenue Code Section 25C when installing eligible HVAC equipment.
These credits are designed to encourage residential energy improvements and may apply to qualifying heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and high-efficiency heating equipment, subject to IRS requirements.

What Is the 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit?

The 25C tax credit allows eligible homeowners to claim a federal income tax credit for certain qualified energy-efficient improvements installed in a primary residence.
