Cascade Natural Gas Rebates
For homes served by Cascade Natural Gas, rebates may be available for qualifying natural gas heating equipment and efficiency upgrades.
Energy-Smart HVAC Financing
Cascadia Energy Solutions also works with Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSCCU), which offers Energy-Smart financing options for qualifying HVAC projects.
How Cascadia Helps
- Identify potential utility rebates applicable to your HVAC system
- Coordinate rebate considerations during system planning and installation
- Help ensure required documentation is addressed as part of the project scope
- Guide homeowners toward available financing options, when applicable
While rebates and financing programs are administered by third-party utilities and lenders, Cascadia’s experience helps streamline the process and avoid missed opportunities.

Puget Sound Energy – Trade Ally
Incentive programs change regularly and are subject to utility terms, funding availability, and approval. Cascadia Energy Solutions does not guarantee rebate amounts or program eligibility, but we are committed to helping homeowners make informed decisions using the best information available at the time of their project.
Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credits (IRC §25C)
What Is the 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit?
- Credits apply only to qualified equipment meeting federal efficiency standards
- The credit amount is subject to annual limits
- The credit is non-refundable (it reduces tax liability but does not create a refund beyond taxes owed)
- Eligibility and credit value depend on equipment type, installation date, and IRS rules in effect
- The IRS determines final eligibility—not the contractor or manufacturer.
How Cascadia Supports the Process
- Designing HVAC systems that may qualify for available federal efficiency credits
- Providing manufacturer documentation and system details needed for tax filing
- Coordinating federal tax credit considerations alongside utility rebates where applicable
- Eligibility and credit value depend on equipment type, installation date, and IRS rules in effect
- The IRS determines final eligibility—not the contractor or manufacturer.
While Cascadia cannot provide tax advice or guarantee eligibility, our experience helps ensure your system selection and documentation are aligned with current federal efficiency requirements.
